*All prices are ‘starting from prices’ & based on average size rooms & soiling.
*We class an average size room as 16sq meters (4 meters x 4 meters).
*All prices are subject to change where additional work or services are necessary.
*All prices are starting prices, as all properties are unique in size and condition.
*Set prices are given to the Client onsite after our inspection team have viewed and determined your quote price.
*Electricity and Water are required at the premises on the bond cleaning day.
*We book out fast most weeks, place your booking early to avoid delays.

*The prices mentioned are an estimate only, based on the information provided by the client on our website booking form. Extra charges may be applicable.
*Not all stains will be removed with basic chemicals and may need speciality attention, in this case we charge in accordance with what the stain is, and the extent of the damage.
*Our Bond Return Guarantee only covers the areas you have chosen to use our services. T’s & C’s Apply.
*The term “Guarantee” T’s & C’s Apply, there are some workplace exclusions when using Bond Cleaning Services Gold Coast.
*As well as the Bond Cleaning Exclusions, other exclusions exist that we can’t warrant under the Bond Back Guarantee. T’s & C’s Apply.
*The Customer acknowledges that the Bond Cleaning guarantee is only for the Bond Cleaning services not any other. All other services will be warrantied, insured, invoiced, T & C applied and enforced by the contractor who provides these services. eg. Bond Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Pest Control.
*Our Guarantee is for the Bond Clean to be performed of the residence achieving the Bond Cleaning Standards as defined by the Managing Agent under the governance of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008.
*By Booking our Bond Cleaning service you agree to our Terms & Conditions that are listed on our website.
